Yoga
These
classes are designed to help you re-gain your figure and muscle
tone after having your baby. After opening your body for birth,
you now need to close the body again and regain your strength. This
class is a good opportunity to meet other new mothers in your area
and enjoy relaxing exercises in a low stress environment.
Lotus
Garden Yoga Group offers a range of postnatal classes, including,
Mother and Baby class, Postnatal classes and postnatal fit ball
class. You can also join one of the gentle Hatha yoga classes.
You can
come to class as soon as you feel ready. If you have had a c-section,
please wait until your 6 week check.
